If that doesn't work I'd suggest putting the old SSD back in and testing.
As it's a direct clone if it didn't happen before but does now, I'd be more inclined to suspect something wrong with either the drive, the cloning job or possibly (but much less likely) the new SSD not being fitted quite fully/secured properly.
I would try another clone (assuming no issues with the old drive) and go from there but if the new drive = BSoD's even afer the above, there's not much beyond a fault left.
