the two main files your having problems with are page faults to do with the nt kernel and also you seem to have had problems with the ntfs file. I have both these problems and am still unsure what the problem is, although from the lot of readin ive done its either memory or my SSD. This makes sense as paging is switching of data in and out of memory.
