You have obviously been reading the forum stickies and have come up with a solid build. Only questions are what is your maximum budget and what is the resolution of your tv?

The budget would be around 2200 just wasnt sure if I needed to go all out since it's only on a tv

4k 120hz is a pretty powerful display, and would warrant opting for the 3080. The 3060 is a top end 1080p card, and wouldn't be able to hack running your TV.
The rest of your build is specced very well though, and you can just swap the 3080 in place of the 3060 and you'll be set to go. Comes in around £2100 so stays in budget too.
Unfortunately demand for the 3080 cards far outweighs supply so you will have a long wait for a 3080. The AMD equivalent, the 6800XT, is unfortunately out of stock.

Another option would be to opt for 1440p, get a 3070 or 6700XT and with the money saved go for a 1440p monitor. This way you will get your build a bit sooner.
