I would suggest 2 things:

1. Reconfigure it as an AMD system as Intel processors are DOA

With the pc and monitor my budget is basically capped out.
I currently Use a 27inch 144hz acer predator 1440p

Probably a Samsung Odyssey G7 LS28BG700EPXXU
4k
144hz

In a year or two I'll sell this monitor and upgrade, depending on what's new on the market.
The pc will be mainly used for gaming and Graphic Design work.
