Cancel order with amendments

Sent an email to [email protected] with the aim to cancel my order, this order contains 3 amendments, do PCS refund these as soon as? I also got this PC on finance but the PC is still in pre-production so that does mean that PCS will just cancel that?

Yeah, the order as a whole will be cancelled and PCS will liaise with Hitachi to cancel your finance.

Just for clarification, was that "Yeah" regarding to the point about PCS refunding the amendments is that a seperate process for each one?

No, it’s the whole system that will be refunded, they’re all part of one order even if you’ve made amendments, that whole order will be cancelled.

But I haven't recieved the system nor has the whole system been paid for by me? Just the amendments which got took out immediately, I basically wanted to know if I will get refunded for the amendments immediately

You have signed a contract, so you have essentially paid the full amount for the PC, it's just that it was paid by Hitachi and you're paying them back, but on paper, you paid for the system in full.

These are part of the order

Again, you have paid for the full system.

Yes, the entire order will be cancelled, PCS will arrange with Hitachi to cancel your finance, and you will be reimbursed for the amendments.

So long as you've cancelled before 14 days of receiving the order, there is no fee.

You will have incurred a hard credit search which will have reduced your credit rating.
