Can't Download Control Center

Hi all,

I noticed my new gaming laptop -- which is awesome so far -- did not come with the control center installed. I emailed PCS and they very kindly provided me with a link to download it, however I was unable to do so due to the following error code.

I figured this might suggest I do, in fact, have the program installed, however I can't find it anywhere. More searching suggested I might need to install drivers or the program directly from Clevo? I did go to the Clevo website, but I could not find my model (NH55HKQ) to install drivers in the drop down menu.

This is probably a really easy fix, but this is my first "fancy" gaming laptop and I was wondering if anyone knows what to do or how to fix this?
