Its a bank holiday in the UK are you sure they are open?Anyone else trying to get through to pc specialist? Been on hold for 3 hours now...I kid you not. Been caller number one for an hour. Is there only one person working today and they've gone on lunch?! So frustrating.

I know the wait times before Christmas were extremely long. I can only assume with all the people who received PCS devices over Xmas have aggravated things.So they're open but maybe only one person working then...!
A lot of places work the Monday after Boxing Day, my last place used to.Fair play to them.
Their email support is usually very good.Feel like giving up after 3 hours and try again tomorrow... But what if it's as bad then I have to start all over again?!

You can get a lot done while waiting for a reply, unlike while waiting on the phone.......Thanks maybe email is the way forward!
