can't order because no vat configured, how?

it says that 'this order has been configured so that vat has not been charged in this price, Please click back and select the correct delivery service from the option on the configuration page'. But I can only change it so it is being delivered in 2 days or 1 day, nothing else. I wanted to pay with Ideal

If you are using the correct site for your country and it is more expensive than using the UK site that is because it is correctly adding the taxes/fees for the country you have selected, whereas the UK site may not be adding any (as different countries have different tax rates) - thus the error message you first showed us.

In other words, if there is a PCS site for your country (eg www.pcspecialist.nl for the Netherlands) , you need to use it so it can work out the taxes/fees correctly.

Which country are you in? (Spyder seems to have pointed you to the nl site but I cant see why, maybe he knows more than me :))

just following on from @Rakk comments, if you use the UK site and order without paying tax, then you would have to pay it when it hits customs in your country.

So you still have to pay the same amount
