COM port

I have a new WIN11 pc from PCspecialist. Device Manager does not Show COM /LPT ports The USB ports all seem to work in other than com mode ie Key board, mouse, External CD drive. However external devices requiring Com do not work. Also when an external device ie a ESP32 Development board is connected the PC does not make the usual sounds nor does it show any indication that the device has been connected. HELP, please

You need to give a bit more information here.

How are you connecting the COM devices? Which port are you using, or if it’s a board which slot is it in?

We do need your full specs from the order page as well to be able to give any advice
