You can cancel the order mate, ring PCS up and they will pause the order and then rejig to the new spec, it won't be classed as you cancelling the finance. Its worth listening to the experts here (I didn't but I am a tuppence), they don't work for the company and offer advise and build info in their own time. If you are intent on buying Intel, then so be it but AMD deffo seem to be the wise choice until Intel sort their TDP/thermal issues out but that's not going to be until they drop their process to around 5-7nm. As it stands they are trying to squeeze more cores and threads into an aging tech and its not doing them any favors.
