Control Center software not behaving on VALEON

I received an RMA back from PCS on Thursday due to mainboard failure on my Valeon Laptop.
Everything seems ok apart from I am now having issues with the Control Center software not behaving as it should.
I can no longer turn the backlight for the RGB keyboard on or off,or control the way it works in general.
The other functions such as CPU power, fan speed, etc seem fine,it's just the keyboard backlighting functions.
The hotkey adjustments for the keyboard also don't work.
The keyboard backlighting is working,it's just permanently on a colour cycle and can't be altered.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

So I reinstalled Control Center at the advice of PCS tech help and things have gotten worse now.
I can't control the fan profiles now.Its as if the program is glitchy. They are constantly spooling up and down now.
Anyone else had these issues?

Could it be similar problem to the Ionico (both Tongfang)

So I went through the motions on the phone with PCS.
Tried a few different versions of the Control Center software, but still no luck.
Awaiting further instructions from RMD department.
Problem is I'm stuck with a laptop I daren't game with now as the fan profiles have areas where the fans aren't cooling GPU/CPU properly.
Any suggestions on a quick short term solution?

If they have changed the motherboard, did they reinstall Windows at all?

It might be worth trying a clean reinstall of Windows, let it fully update then reinstall the control centre software.

Use this procedure:

Download a new copy of Windows using the Media Creation Tool to an 8GB (min) USB.
Boot that USB and choose a Custom Install.
Delete all UEFI partitions on the system drive (EFI System, Recovery, MSR Reserved, Primary).
Select the unallocated space that results and click the Next button. The installer will create the correct partitions and install Windows.
Run Windows Update repeatedly, even across reboots, until no more updates are found.
You may need/want to download and install the latest graphics driver from the Nvidia/AMD website (they change so regularly the latest version isn't always in the Windows libraries).

I can confirm I have done all the above and that reinstalling windows hasn't fixed the issue.
I tried two versions of Control Center supplied by PCS,ver .23 and .31 but still no change.
And so it continues 😓

I'm afraid it sounds like more discussions with PCS directly are required then.

Check with them regarding BIOS update or if another version of the control center is being worked on at all to fix this issue.

Seems very strange as something has obviously changed between the last motherboard and the new one.
