Corsair and cooler master RGB

So I have ordered a build on pcs and im just wondering if I will be able to control the rgb fans in my cooler master case on the same software as the fans on my corsair aio. Will I have to use Icue or aura sync with my motherboard to control these two at the same time?

Coolermaster uses Masterplus software I believe

It depends how you connect them.

If the RGB fans are compatible with a Commander Pro, you could control them all from the same software (It depends on LED count, but you can customise this for compatability).
If the RGB fans are connected to the motherboard RGB header, you will need the motherboard software.
