Untick em all!
Amazing. I’ll test this later today since I’m not home now 😃

Ok so I did all of that and it didn't work. I'll share you a pic of how the fans are connected from the back of the PC

I also installed a rear exhaust fan, another SP 120 Elite and it's connected to the hub (not visible when I shot this picture)

If the lights are all on, and the fans are spinning, its highly unlikely to be hardware...
But it is confusing me whats going on... Does it not let you change lighting at all, even if manually setting lighting on devices?

The themes thing seems to override profiles, or at least thats what I found (with themes on it locked out a lot of stuff)
I know the step by step works to import onto mine, so i'm thinking theres got to be something clashing software-wise?

You're gonna need some proper help :( I'm sorry, i tried.
@SpyderTracks @Scott @AgentCooper @ubuysa are any of you able to figure it out?

Could it be cause of not all of the fans being connected to the Commander Core? But that doesn't make much sense either because the radiator fans and the rear exhaust fans are connected to it but they don't follow custom profiles but the whole system only follows scenes lmao

I downloaded a couple of lighting profiles when I got my system and they worked fine with the case fans, RGB RAM, and keyboard and mouse (admittedly, they didn’t play well with the ML fans on the cooler and the pump head though, those stayed in whatever state they’d previously been in).

I haven’t used a downloadable profile since, I’ll have to have a look and see if I can help. I might get a chance tomorrow but if not, I won’t be able to check until Saturday.

Ok so I found the issue: the issue is that not all RGB fans have been connected to the Commander Core, the front fans have been connected to another hub. I tried installing another profile and it worked for the radiator fans and rear exhaust fan which are connected to Commander Core. So I opened up the case and found this out

Thats a little odd... I have a commander pro, so it might work differently, but my RGB hub is connected to the commander, which then connects to the motherboard. My cooler connects via USB to the commander, and its RGB is run through that, not the hub...

Have you traced what that second hub then connects into? Plus, it doesnt make sense to me how all the fans have lighting if iCue cant communicate with them.. when i had issues with mine it didnt display any lighting on the fans i was having problems with at all (until I rerouted).

The front fans are connected to 2 different hubs: the PWM repeater hub and most likely another RGB hub with same design as the PWM repeating hub

....I -might- have a solution....
The commander core, the two fans connected to teh RGB there, is that the ones from the cooler fans?
If so, i'd take them out, find the y split wire coming from the cooler pump head and plug them into that, then take wires from the repeater node and plug them into the commander core...

IIts a long shot, and based off how i fixed the lighting issues I was having here but your setup is different to mine

I also connected the rear exhaust fan to the commander core, and yes the 2 you see are from cooler

The cooler has its own connectors for its RGB leads, i'd plug them into that and then ditch the cheap RGB hub, swap all leads from it to the core. It is just a hunch, but I think it may work...its also just moving a few wires about, so easy to reverse if needed.

Yeah I can do that but I'm afraid to cut the zip ties and destroy a cable since they are quite tight

Do you have a small pair of nail sissors?
Should be able to cut it cleanly if you come in from above, and inbetween the wires and the anchor point on the case, should only need to cut one to free the three from the hub...

cant see the rest of your wiring to see what you'll need to do with the cooler ones
You'll need to find the cable coming from the pump head that has the Y split connector and plug them into that
