Corsair VS450 PSU making strange irritating noises

Hello,

My PC has been making a very annoying squeaky noise as of late. I've narrowed it down to the Corsair VS450 PSU. I'm not sure what's caused it to happen - it was happening on and off a lot during the summer, went away for a while, and now this week it's returned.

At first I thought it was a bird or animal with the windows open but after a day I realised it was coming from my PC. It's sounds like the fan could be loose or something. The sound is happening at regular intervals - I've tried recording but my phone can't pick it up with the background noise of my PC running. But it's loud enough that I can hear it through my headphones listening to music and it's driving me insane.
