Creating a desktop for gaming, photo editing and programming

So, I've decided to get a PC as to shift away from console which also allows me to do some serious editing/tinkering with my photography and programming that will last me a good few years. Does anyone have any advice on whether I should scale the specs back a bit or leave it as is?

Any reason you've gone Intel over AMD? AMD is ahead across the board at the moment, only thing Intel has going for it is a couple of apps don't like AMD

What monitor are you rocking? Make/model or resolution/refresh rate would be handy to know. The 3060ti is a great pick for a 1440p 144hz display, but we may need to adjust your GPU pick if your monitor is better or worse.

Theres no specific reason as to why I went Intel over AMD. My monitor is a ThinkVision P27u-10 27 inch Wide UHD IPS Monitor with a max resolution of 3840x2160 and refresh rate of 6ms.

Ok, so as an editing build, an equivalent AMD build with a 3060ti should handle your requirements nicely.
If you want to use this to game as well I would recommend investing in a 1440p 144hz to go along with it. The Lenovo is a great monitor for editing but a 60hz monitor with a slow response isn't optimal for gaming. Anything other than strategy games such as Civ5 will appreciate increased fps.
