Expected later today, but according to the agent's personal opinion he reckons "later next week".

Someone else phone up later and get an update, I can only take so much rejection lol.

The configurator is no longer preventing fast track orders. Previously it would stop you because the graphics card or the chassis (depending on which page you were on) were being pre-sold.

Hopefully this means they're now in stock. I sneakily ordered fast track dispatch as I'm rather impatient :p

Was fast track not working until now even after the 12th?

I've been trying occasionally on both the configurator and amend order pages and it wasn't allowing it as recently as this morning.

Interesting.

Then again, it might just be that the "system's" ETA was this afternoon, so it might have auto enabled fast track, whether the stock arrived or not (similar to how it brought forward another user's build date this morning).

I just spoke with PCS - my order is a Defiance II 15" 970M - and the chassis is definitely now in stock!
They told me that testing will be done on the new stock in the next two days to make sure there aren't any obvious defects and then outstanding orders will be built starting from Monday/Tuesday.

Good news! I'm hoping I can get mine by the end of the month and end this saga!

i heard they would start going into build today for some so just wanted to ask if anyone's actually has gone into building.

but i doubt they would this early in the morning so expecting something more by midday or evening...just hope they start today...i can't wait :p

I gave them a call today and they said I should be getting mine on friday or monday! I ordered the 17" with a Gtx 980m.

when did you order yours?

my build estimate was also for monday but still want a better idea of how many people are in the queue before me :p
