Go to 2.50 on video, gives a clear look at the mesh filter

Looks like it slots in one side and then you screw the two thumb screws perhaps, hard to tell what she is doing but looks like that.

Does the mesh not rest on that lip? currently its underneath it I think if we are looking at the top of the case.

Is it one of those magnetic filter mesh ones?

I think you might be right here.
Out of curiosity I watched a "review" on the case, and took a picture of the top, it looks like the radiator screws in to brackets, but then the mesh just sits on the TOP of it, with the magnetic strips facing downwards

At 2 56 on the vid, she puts in an "optional" dust filter, however I think they put underneath rather than on top, which looks wrong to me, as you can still see the "lip" of where I think it would sit when at top.

That explains it....

The cooler needs removed
The mesh filter can then be unscrewed and fitted properly
Cooler can then be re-affixed properly too.

Agreed, it's just a bit of inexperience from the builder. The filter is screwed on during transit likely to hold it in place. When actually building it should transition to the top for easy clean/removal/etc.

Looks like they may only have used 2 screws too.

Easy to fix though, but definitely wants highlighted for future ref.

Do PCS put any stickers or anything on the boxes saying, glass inside, fragile, do not stack on etc.

This is the 2nd recent broken glass panel we have seen on here.

I know mine didn't have any as it was wrapped in black plastic but it was pretty well packed but came on a pallet so less chance for someone to stack anything on it, driver drop it kind of thing to happen.

If you go to 15.10 minutes she is putting the top fans in. Should help the OP a bit.

Still can't see how they are securing the far side though, just the 2 thumbs screws at the front.

Edit, looks like there are 2 lip things that slot in somewhere, which possibly have come out in the OP's case, maybe why he can't find anymore screws bar the two thumb ones.

I didn't go that far, but agree now I've looked, there are ONLY 2 screws at the "open" side of the case, and the back seems to slot into holes at the "close" side of the case. the filter would go on TOP, outside of the case, as mentioned for easy removal / cleaning.

Looks like an inexperience builder on this case... :(

I would 100% report this back to PCS, so they can train their builder a little more.

Really hope all this posting has helped the OP of the case.

Another vid for the OP, around 1.00 to 1.20 shows the top fans being put in, slots into the far side and then the two front thumb screws.

That shows it perfectly. It hasn't been slotted in right at the inside of the case and also the filter has been put on the inside instead of the outside. Makes it really easy to fix though which is even better.

That's such a good case!
