Does the Fusion IV 15.6" laptop support USB-C PD charging?

As specified in the title, does the Fusion IV 15.6" laptop support USB-C PD charging? There's a flash sale on a pretty decent size battery pack on Amazon. If it does, I may buy one.

No PD charging and no DisplayPort over USB-C :'( Nice looking laptop though. Time to install Arch Linux.
