I I was wondering what can I change in this build but since it is really the first pc that i'm trying to build i need your help with that. I also wondered if it makes sense to use water-cooling instead of air one. I aim to play some games at a 1080p 144hz monitor but 144hz is not a must.

Any reason for the ASUS dual 3060? Going for the standard 3060 will save a bit.

I'd also spend £6 on the Intel 670p rather than the PCS SSD as the primary drive. It's not the hugest difference, but it is better enough that I'd much prefer it.

For 1080p, probably not. The increase in price is relatively small (less than £100), so if you're willing to spend more money for an increase in performance that you won't notice in most games, it's not stupid, but it is overkill.

How about spending a little bit more on 6600xt since it scores more on benchamarks(altogh i have no idea how reliable they are) over 3060? or is it also not noticable upgrade?
