I wouldn't recommend it, intel is not a wise move, your 1440P monitor is going to be bottle necked by the 2060

As Not-a-guy says there that post @Martinr36 linked to is a very good read. Reading other stuff on Internetland it seems AMD are slowly moving to another Planet entirely and leaving Intel a long way behind.

If you don't have the time to read, you can take it shortly as Intel not really doing much to innovate their products as of recent - they're stuck on the 14nm process while AMD's newest lineup are on 7nm.

Smaller processes implies higher performance while lowering the power consumption.

In the aspect of power consumption alone it's worth the 5600X build suggested above over the 10700 build that you put up.
If you google their TDP's you'll see that both CPUs have a TDP of 65W, but this is misleading as AMD measures their TDP at max whereas Intel measures theirs at base.

Briefly look at these:

The above is the 5600X being subjected to a heavy intensive load, and drawing slightly above its rated 65W.

The graphs from the above shows the i7-10700 drawing well above its rated 65W.

If you're going to be using the computer a lot, from just a pure cost efficiency point of view it would be worth it.

I would strongly recommend listening to the advice you've been given, this is not a well balanced build at all.

I would recommend asking for advice on something more suitable for the money.

The case isn't suitable at all.

Intel are poor processors now, they're the ones that everyone avoids for more reasons than just performance. it's all listed in the links posted above, I'd strongly recommend reading them.

If you're still looking at 1440p 144Hz, the GPU isn't powerful enough.

The motherboard is a poor office motherboard, it's not designed for this level of build.

It's extremely slow RAM that would be a further bottleneck.

The PSU isn't suitable.

Okay I have adjusted the ram speed to a 3200mhz ram so what motherboard do you recommend? Also what case do you recommend
