First PC for years

So i use to play PC about 10 to 15 years ago but have since been on console. Now i want to get back to PC gaming after deciding the games and mods on offer will be more appealing to me. £1400 is the max i can pay that includes everything tax included, as well as keyboard monitor etc. I tweaked around with what i think but i have been so long out of the game i'm not sure.

If you can see any improvements without increasing the price please let me know so i can get on and order. Thanks very much.

Can you hang on for a few weeks for a couple of reasons:

New AMD cpu's which are going to be very special and finally blow Intel out of the water in all areas. They'll be well worth the wait. They're released on the 5th November.

Also the 3060ti is hopefully being released in november which would be perfect for your budget and would greatly increase gaming potential including Ray Tracing capabilities which the 1660 wouldn't be able to manage.

It would mean a slight longer term investment from you, perhaps settling for gaming on a TV initially, then saving up for a suitable monitor at a later time, but longevity wise, you'd have a significantly better system overall.

We can advise on suitable 1440p monitors for you to get at a later date if that worked out for you.

If not, then we can spec a 1080p build now, but I really think holding off a little will pay dividends.

I can wait as that's not long away, what would games display like on a tv is it a massive difference to the monitor I selected, it's not 4k or anything just a 24inch HD tv that I have I'm not sure of the refresh rate.

So i decided i don't really want to wait even with the new stuff coming out and i'm not going to be able to budget anymore than the £1400 anyhow. I guess there is the option to add more to the PC in the future like memory, upgrade graphics card etc.

So if you can have a look at this for me please, i did change the graphics card and memory around from the first option but i'm still in budget. I want a monitor included.
