You don't need the arctic paste with the stock cooler. Also, what is your thinking behind the 2x 2TB Seagate drives? Would it not be simpler to have 1 4TB option?

so the stock cooler is better and no need for paste, and i didnt know because of the 7200 rpm thing so il just adjust to 1 4tb and no arctic paste

That looks fine. I would remove the fans though, you don't need the extra ones. Maybe swap over to the airflow case as this will be a bit quieter, a little smaller and have excellent airflow right out the box with front and rear fans.
