FRACTAL FOCUS G BLACK GAMING CASE (Window)

Hello everyone.
My new rig has the above case, as does my friend who has also just got his PC however, one has two separate jacks at the front for mic and headset and the other has just one jack for both mic and headset. If it's the exact same case does anyone know the reason this would be different?

Also on similar note, when we talk over discord he can hear my game sounds even though I'm on a headset, I've tried a million things but can't solve it!!

For what it's worth I received my case last week and it has 2 jacks.
