Hi team, spec below, any and all thoughts / recommendations are welcome:

Originally bought my rig here in 2013, time for an upgrade.

Primary use will be gaming, but also various other multitasking going on (typically not resource intensive).

I notice the 3080 is available to pre-order, does anybody have any insight as to when this might be available?

What monitor will you be using?

I’d go for the 3800XT and 16GB of ram

no games will make use of all the cores or over 16GB of ram
