For OS better to pick at least 500GB and faster drive, not that one. While 128 now could be ok, it may not be ok after a few years.

PSU 550W is too little - better 750W or 850W as most likely you'll upgrade a GPU in future and it will require more power. Also, 750W and up, especially 850W, PSUs are better quality.

Extra thermal paste is no needed.

Bullguard and Chrome are causing problems and using lots of RAM rather than giving something good. Instead of Bullguard there are better antivirus solutions around or you could use a Windows Defender. And instead of privacy and RAM hungry Chrome I recommend a really nice one MS Edge, some people would say Brave or something between those ;)

If you'd have dropped a link to your specs I'd have amended the build accordingly.
