Gaming PC for approx £650-700

Any advice on what is the best spec i can get for around this budget. We want a PC that we can upgrade in the future. We have found one online with the following spec. Is it possible to improve on this for the budget we have? many thanks

AMD Ryzen 5 3400G processor 16GB DDR4 3200mhz Memory
Integrated onboard Graphic MSI A320M-A PRO M-ATX Mainboard
WD Green 1TB SSD Cooler Master CPU WC CPU Cooler
Cyberpower Onyxia 11 Gaming Case WIndows 10 Home (64-bit Edition)

As PCS sell custom build machines, we can’t comment on other builds sorry. However if you can give us some more information on what you are using the computer for, what monitor you have (resolution and refresh rate if you don’t know model).

Ideally for gaming we recommend minimum £1000 maybe a little more.

If purely gaming with that budget then a console would be better option or save up more.

Thank you he plays Minecraft Java and fortnite currently but we would like to future proof it as much as possible. I dont know the spec of the montior but it is a very basic one from an old PC that we would hope to upgrade later this year

That is not a gaming PC - it has integrated graphics. You cannot get a gaming PC for this budget I'm afraid :(

Below is the cheapest specced Gaming PC that be worth your money without it being a throwaway system. Currently prices are very high, so if you're set on a PC I'd wait for a few months in which prices will fall and you can hopefully up your budget. Or as @andjef796 a console whould be a much better choice at this pricepoint.

The Ryzen 5 3600 and 1660 Super will be a great little combination for gaming. You could downgrade to the 1660 but the price difference is minimal and the Super is a much better card. The storage situation is probably what lets this PC down the most, you'll find 256GB quite limiting if you find yourself wanting to play larger file games from the SSD but it should be enough for Windows, programs and maybe a few games. I'd recommend an upgrade to the 512GB but it adds quite a bit of cost, plus storage is pretty easy to add down the line anyway. You could also upgrade the 1TB HDD to a 2TB HDD (which would be used for general files/ documents) for only about a tenner which will give you a lot double the storage which you could put some of your games on, that said it will be quite slow so loading times will be longer. Realistically with tech it's very difficult to futureproof as we just don't know what companies will release next. A good way to attempt it is with a good PSU, I've gone for a 750W TXm unit which should give you the potential to upgrade down the line, although a RM 850 or RMx 850 would be even better!

You talked about an old PC, if this is a PC that still works that you don't use (or if you have any old PC you don't/ won't use once this arrives) you can take the Window's Key from it and put it onto this one. That would save £85 which would be a big help! This video shows you how this can be done, it's a slightly different process but it's the same idea of moving W10 from one drive to another

When you come to upgrade your monitors, 1080p 144hz will be a great experience which the 1660 Super should be able to handle, providing you're happy with slightly lower graphics settings. 2 great options for this are the MSI Optix G241 and the AOC 24G2U. Both can be found online for £200.

Sorry we can't get something down to your budget, it's just with high prices, it's basically impossible to recommend something at that pricepoint, but I hope this helped! Also as has been mentioned, that PC you listed originally will be a bad decision for gaming, it has intergrated graphics so will not manage anything more than minecraft at playable framerates (which may still struggle).
