I meant more that I was drawn to the ROG brand on the STRIX. For my needs I know they are both the same thing.

On these pieces of advice I've got to a more comfortable final build... I'm going to be adding more powerful cpu/cooler and then gpu over next few years depending on where my plans take me🤷‍♂️

Thanks for the quick responses, they should really add some kind of supporters credit to these builds

It was a crossfire III formular that I used to have. It was good and there were a good few extra features.. way more than I needed at the time and it turned out to be a very reliable board for me. I guess it just mentally enforced the RoG brand for me.

I've let go of the 'Ooh Shiny' thought process on the mobo now in favour of the bigger m.2 drive... in soo excited to get this thing on my desk and fire it up!
