getting thx spatial surround on new Ionico Win11

Hi, I just bought a new Ionico Win 11, very happy with it but the sound is definitely a bit tinny. From reading here it looks like I should get THX Spatial Surround and that'll make it better? There is no sign of THX on the laptop (checked registry too, nothing there) and trying to download it from the Windows Store fails as unexplained error (tried rebooting, didn't help). I don't see it in the downloads page for my account here, there's an audio download but it's just Realtek. Help?

PCS probably need to provide you the installer for THX spatial surround. Send an email to [email protected] and they should be able to sort you out.
