Gigabyte B550 X2 V2 issue

PC Windows 11 bought June 23 at PCSPECIALIST.

Motherboard Gigabyte B550 X2 V2 has 2 issues:
* Bluetooth doesn't work
* Front led is no more controlled by RGB Fusion and remains flashing blue.

I have reinstalled RGB Fusion and done some research on these 2 issues but all failed.

If you didn't buy a wifi card, then you won't have bluetooth or wifi, as that motherboard has neither built-in.

Remains only the rebel front led.

when you say the front LED, do you mean of the case?

Is the front LED strip actually a strip, or is it just the RGB fan shining through?

Yes it is the led or the leds inside the case and it (they) lightens up the 2 front fans (plus 2 vertical lines above and below the fans).

The other leds inside the case (rear fan and elsewhere) are OK: they can be configured using RGB Fusion v2.

I have tried disabling all leds from the BIOS but I could only switch them off when PC sleeps (ErP parameter).

Yes it is recognising in theory 5 leds but can command 4.

Not a strip. It's RGB fan shining through. I haven't ordered any additional led. It's only the case / fans as described in the order.

There is no button on the front part of the case.

Yeah, on that case the buttons are on the top. One of them is the case Rgb

True ! There is a RGB button on the top. I hadn't noticed it because it is black on black background after a series of USB and headset ports.

Short press changes the led(s) color and long press switches off.
