A few points:
You might as well go for a pre overclocked build
The HDD you have selected is very expensive. It would be more prudent to get an m.2 drive for your system for the speed and a basic 7200 HDD.
The PSU is massively overkill. An 850w would have room to spare.
The Noctua cooler is as good as the H80i and cheaper. If heavily overclocking, you would be better with the H100i

4k60 with on 1080ti is doable but on some games the settings need turning down a touch to keep it smooth. A second does not scale all that well for the huge cost.

I mean, I like running games at max settings, but I’m not really that fussed. I’m happy to turn down some settings so I can run 4K60. Apparently MSAA really isn’t needed for 4K so that should save some performance. Thanks for your input!

A few tweaks gives you better performance and dual 1080Ti's for not a lot of extra money.... relatively...

I would question your monitor selection though. It might be best to look for 4k monitors that support G-Sync (Nvidia) rather than Freesync (AMD) as you won't get the benefit of the technology.

A pair of 28" Predators would be my choice. I don't know if PCS have them (XB281HK). This would keep you within your £4.5k budget but stretch you over £4k with the above spec. Removing one of the Ti's would see you well within.

The above spec by The_Scotster looks good.

I'd drop one of the extra 2 cooling fans because with the 3 front RGB fans that come with the case and the H100i V2 sitting in the top 2 fan mounts, there's only 1 mounting point still available for the fans.

A whole £3 saved there.

If you don't need the wifi off the Z370E, stick with the Gigabyte Ultra gaming. It has a similar featureset (USB 3.1 Gen 2 type C, SLI support, two M.2 slots, etc) and an additional USB port at the back as well.

I'd definitely question the original choice of monitors.

Also:

Given that you won't be running 2 games on 2 monitors at once, you could probably get a single 4k gsync monitor like the Predator, and then a cheaper 4k monitor as your 0ff-screen.

A larger SSD than 256gb would also be ideal, if there's the budget.

I always recommend the 512s but the value isn't there from PCS at the moment hence why I went with the 256GB PM. I looked around outside and the price difference to buy on your own is significant, normally PCs is at least competitive.

The 960 Evo would probably be my choice buying retail, the Pro is a bit better (Similar to the PM vs the SM) but the differences only come into play +16GB transfers which is generally few and far between.

I wouldn't recommend any. They seem to be holding old stock/models/options.

Don't buy this. It's not worthy of your build or budget.

Buy a different monitor from elsewhere, with a 4k monitor with Gsync or a 1440p 144hz/165hz monitor with gsync.

PCS do have a couple of 1440p 144hz options that could be viable.
e.g. AOC AGON AG271QG 27" (not to be confused with the AG271QX)
ASUS 27" ROG Swift PG278QR

But you'll have far more choice and possibly better prices shopping around. Not to mention the absence of 4k gsync monitors from the PCS selection.

You just use a displayport cable, exactly like an HDMI cable or any other cable.

For 4K 60hz or 1440p high refresh you will probably need to use displayport due to the higher bandwidth than HDMI 1.4

If I was to get two of those, it would add up to around £1060. The grand total would be just over £3700, which is perfectly ideal since I'm getting a better dual-monitor setup.

I have one, if you don't mind sacrificing in terms of size (I'd say 32" is really the min for 4k) and a TN panel, then it's a really good buy and certainly the cheapest with GSync you'll find. I would recommend personally.
