Well i would at least have your first HDD as a smaller 750GB-1GB drive and use a caviar black as they are more of a performance drive, unless you are doing lots of HD video editing 8GB will be plenty, for your intended use i don't think you will benefit from OC'ing also if you did you void the warranty if you damage the CPU with a failed OC and with the water cooling you do run the potential risk of it leaking. Don't forget if you want to write to cd/dvd discs you need to select 1 of the other drives.
