Well i would at least have your first HDD as a smaller 750GB-1GB drive and use a caviar black as they are more of a performance drive, unless you are doing lots of HD video editing 8GB will be plenty, for your intended use i don't think you will benefit from OC'ing also if you did you void the warranty if you damage the CPU with a failed OC and with the water cooling you do run the potential risk of it leaking. Don't forget if you want to write to cd/dvd discs you need to select 1 of the other drives.

Ok i think what you have now on the above post looks a lot more of a balanced spec you can stick with that or if you want you could change that velociraptor for a 750GB caviar black as they are about the same speed effectively and the CB is quite a lot cheaper, you said £1800 well working to that as a max budget i would look at this below but do you want to be able to add a second GPU down the line if so then you would be best getting a 1050W corsair PSU and possibly if you have the room a Haf-X case which would take you to £1893.

With the Ilyama monitor in the spec below you get the DVI cable included so no need for the extras.
