looking for a good 1440p 240hz monitor for the power of the 3080ti
What specs have you ordered? Can you post the full specs?

Is there a particular reason you're looking at low resolution High refresh? What are you looking for out of that?

4k 144hz is a far better gaming experience or superwide

240hz at any resolution is largely irrelevant for 99% of humans

1000 would be my budget
The Gigabyte M32U would be a worthy contender. These are entry level ones, but above that the price leaps above the £1000 mark

It would definitely do the job, although I’d reconsider the storage and spend the extra few quid for a 1000w PSU.

If you don’t need to order immediately it’d be worth waiting for AMDs refresh that’s due Jan/Feb. The goalposts may be moved again…

I’d go with a 500GB Firecuda 530 as the primary drive for the OS and programs. And a secondary M.2 drive for games, a 1TB/2TB Intel 670 would be a solid choice.

1000w is going to cover you for future GPU upgrades that may be even more power hungry.

I’m team AMD all the way, Intel have re-established the lead and currently have a small edge but they’re still power sapping beasts and are run by evil penny-pinching goblins.

The 670p and 970 Evo are not much different. The 970 is a little faster. They're optimised for slightly different metrics, but for most day-to-day use you won't notice much if any difference.

If it had been up to Intel we would still be on quad core at 4.5GHz, they stagnated development for literally a decade.

That's aside from their ex CEO literally running away with the coffers before they publicly announced the Spectre and Meltdown flaws, insider trading abounds amongst stock owner, repeatedly lying to investors and customers to inflate stock prices.

They're nothing more than petty criminals at a corporate level.

perfect thank you
As the other guy recommended, the M32U is a great option, ive got one myself and its really good. Although if you do get it be careful as you might find some stuck pixels developing after short use. I might have just been unlucky but the store you buy it from should get it replaced for you. Personal recommendation is to get it from Overclockers They've got a sale on it ATM and they are extremely quick on getting items replaced if needed.
