Hello

Would someone advise me on upgrading my GPU to make the best use of my monitor, someone has suggested a GEFORCE RTX 4070, PC Specialist lists this as a possible upgrade would this be ok with a power supply?

any help/suggestions would be much appreciated.

It depends on what you're doing with it. If you use VR, ray tracing or use DLSS upscaling, the 4070 Super will be your best bet. If you don't use any of those things, I'd suggest the 7800 XT from AMD instead. It'll be cheaper and perform a touch better in most games.

The 750W power supply is probably just about enough for either of those cards. The TXm is a pretty solid PSU, so I would be comfortable using it, but you should definitely not run any kind of overclock (including PBO or similar) on the CPU.
