I made two PC builds on PC specialist with the same graphics card I was editing the second build when I clicked proceed it says the graphics card was out of stock what happens if I buy the first build with that graphics card?

It will still be out of stock unless you'd put the order through before it went out of stock.

Which card are you looking at? If it's the nvidia 30's then check out the other threads for them. e.g. 3080 has about 60 working days wait at the moment.
