gtx 1080 stuttering?

ye running a -100mv undervolt. Weirdly it reverts to 100mv after crashing instead of going back to 0mv. Max temps I've got so far is 87c not really as cool as I want it but guess it'll have to do. What would you say safe temps are and is 87c a low enough temp?
It would show 100mv in the BIOS, as for whatever reason it won't show the "-". It shouldn't revert to -100mv in the OC program though.
So is it still crashing at -100mv? Is every other setting default? Did you click "default" and then set the voltage to -100?

I had it set to -150mv, it crashed so I rebooted the system by holding power button. Once it booted I opened the OC software and the voltage was at -100mv. No crashes so far.
