Has anyone bought from PC specialist a laptop from outside UK and how has been your experience?

I can't give any feedback on your question as have only bought from UK, but PCS do have various localised forums in EU countries, if you don't get a response here, it may be better to ask on the appropriate country forum.

I am based in Cyprus. I am mostly worried for possible issues arising and sending the laptop etc. As my laptop is my main machine i would like to have it available as soon as possible if a problem arises (something like 2-3 weeks). Another issue is that as the company is based in UK are there any customs possibly applied after the price listed?

I have bought both a laptop and a desktop (inc monitor, keyboard and gaming chair) from PCS over the years. I live on the Greek island of Crete. I have had no problems at all with either order. My desktop in particular arrived in several boxes, all delivered at the same time and all undamaged.
I bought when the UK was an EU member state and so the issue of customs and VAT never arose. AFAIK as long as you buy before 31st December 2020 there will be no customs or VAT issues for you either.
