Help and Advice

Hi

I am looking for some help and advice with choosing a new PC, due to other priorities I haven't owned a PC for around 7 years or so, instead getting by with a basic laptop but I'm looking at getting back into gaming a bit more. I will be ordering in the next few weeks, not in a rush as I would rather get it right and not have to change anything for 5 years. at least!
My budget is £1500 with an additional £350 for a monitor, with a little leeway if needed.
From the research I have done I don't think I will beat the Inferno-L2 for specs on my budget and for monitor the ASUS TUF Gaming VG27WQ Curved Gaming Monitor, but want to check these are suitable for my current needs and see if anyone has any alternatives, not massively keen on the look of the Inferno-L2, but looks aren't everything, so its not that much of a big deal but wanted to see if there are any other suitable options.
So my main uses are as follows:
Gaming; Final Fantasy (Steam), Halo, Sea of Thieves and possibly WOW, want to be able to run discord at the same time and also use BlueStacks
Running design software such as Draftsight (Light personal use)
Need Microsoft and to be able to smoothly run multiple applications/Documents
Video Editing software, mostly Davinci Resolve (At the moment light personal use)

Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated :)

The inferno L2 is exactly what we'd recommend at that budget simply because it's not possible to get anything of the sort by configuring separately for the same price, it's such a good deal.

Monitor wise, that's a good one you've honed in on. There are quite a few at that sort of budget though, I'll list a couple that are the same specs:

Budget end but still excellent:

Be aware, there are stock shortages of many components, but primarily Monitors, GPU's, some CPU's, PSU's and RAM and PCS are starting to get delays from suppliers. This is a worldwide issue, not just related to PCS. If at all possible, I'd suggest buying sooner rather than later.

Thank you for response and advice, you've confirmed my thoughts on the inferno L2 and thanks for the monitor alternatives, will take a look at them.
Good to know about stock shortages, I will try and buy a bit sooner.
