You're going for a far inferior build to the one you were recently quoted.
Intel are the poor processors that you avoid with all cost, it's best to stay in one thread otherwise we'll just be repeating the same old stuff.

What was the issue with the previous suggestion?

There was nothing wrong with said stuff last time I was just under the impression that Intel would be better for Work Related stuff while Amd was mainly aimed at gaming, as you can see I have uped my budget quite a bit Scince last time, but as I take it I should go back to a Amd cpu?

Intel are only really beneficial for adobe apps and the odd rendering suite.

For your uses they’d be a downgrade, not an upgrade.

I only just recently only just found out I had scored a great Aprenticeship so I tried to edit my build a bit to suit both needs

The 14900KS suits precisely nobody's needs. Unless you have very specific uses, an AMD system will likely be better all round.

This is an awesome, awesome PC. My only question would be about whether you need such an outrageously powerful PC for work/study as a forklift engineer. What software will you be using? If you don't need very heavy CPU power, then you could save literally hundreds of pounds here.

The monitor is great, by the way: a year or two old now, but very very good. And the 4080 Super will do it justice.

That's not how computers work, maxing RAM will do absolutely nothing as it will never be used for your purposes, same for GPU, you fit it to the monitor that's being used. MOAR MONEY does not = MOAR POWER, you have to know what you're doing.

As already said too, I wouldn't bother with a first gen OLED at this stage, second gen makes such a marked improvement overall at the same cost or even less.

I was wrong, by the way, sorry. The Dell monitor you linked is the very latest and greatest. It's absolutely the one you should go for if you can afford it.
