Silver Level Poster
Before I add a comment, I am going to caveat it with the fact I am recently returned to PC gaming so my knowledge is super rusty/non existent.

You may ask why I am posting if that is the case. The reason is, I have just bought that very monitor for my own build (I am currently using it as I type this email). I did my own research, using a combination of this forum, youtube and the usual review sites we all know and love/hate. For me, the bang for buck at the time of purchase was second to none. The only criticism I could level at it is the inputs are a bit basic. By that I mean there is no USB or USB-C inputs present. Not a huge issue but my previous monitor did, and it did provided some handy features for docking a laptop (power and display output from one cable, ability to attach external hd to monitor etc). Not a huge issue for a static desktop though I guess. I also believe that whilst the monitor isn't officially G-Sync, it does support it. My use case was for 1440p gaming mainly, which is why I chose it. I may use it for photo editing but I have a 4k monitor for that so that requirement is very much secondary to my thinking.

In terms of the GPU, that is the correct GPU for a 1440p/144mhz set up for GAMING.

I would advise you to post your budget and your intended uses, so that the mods can guide you more thoroughly on the rest of the build.

The monitor looks like reasonable value for money. I would probably have gone for MSI, as they are the same ballpark figure, but unsure if you get a 31" version for that price or not.

Regarding the build, what is it for? If it's just for gaming then you have significantly over-spent in a lot of areas. If you want to use it for professional applications as well then the spec does seem quite reasonable but there's a very similar review spec (L2 Inferno) available for a fixed price of £1500 which is significantly better value than what you have specced.

For that usage it's perfect, I would have a look at the L2 though. All you would need to do is stick in a couple of sticks of RAM to have 32GB and you would be sorted.

Perhaps a second NVME to run in Raid0 for example :) <whistle> (and yes another couple sticks of DDR4)

Hi sorry to torture you guys but i just want to check if this monitor would be good to line up with the 2070 super or would i need to go up to a 2080 ?

That's an ideal pairing for the 2070 Super. The 2080 Super would keep it closer to the max but it's not something you would really notice as anything over 100FPS is going to be ideal anyway. I would personally save the cash and go with the 2070 Super with that monitor.

Hi just wnat to be sure I have selected the best possible case for airflow and being able to easliy maintain and upgrade the build in the future

We love you Ukraine
I would up the PSU to the RMx if it's available, just a better class of PSU.

But the PSU wattage and case are both spot on, plenty of room for future upgrades, will accept any GPU upgrade you should wish in the future.
