How do you test Ryzen builds without a GPU?

I intend to place an order soon for a Ryzen build without a GPU (I already have a decent GPU in my old build, i'll move that into the new PC). But since my chosen Ryzen doesn't have an iGPU, what's your process for testing the PC works? Will you just throw in a spare card for testing then remove it before shipping?

They'll just use a test GPU in the system to test it all.

Ha! I was literally thinking the exact same. It probably is time to retire my GTX 670 though.
