Every time I go to use google to do simple tasks such as watching youtube it will take roughly 5 minutes for the website to load if it does load at all. Do you know why this is the case? it’s been like it for a couple of years now but recently I’ve been needing to use it a lot more often so wanted to try and get a fix

Did you use the uninstaller?

How are you connected to the internet? Ethernet or wifi?

If wifi, how much signal do you have?

Have you reset windows at any time?

Can you right click on the start button and select Run, then type winver and post a screenshot?

Can you go to www.speedtest.net and post a screenshot?

Then open the Control Panel and clicked on Programs>Uninstall a program and then choose how you want to view them

Choose View>List.

Then take a screenshot and upload it

I did use the uninstaller.

WiFi.

I've uploaded a screenshot which shows the signal I think?

I don't think so. I have done a windows repair upgrade a couple of weeks ago.

Attached the screenshot.

So you never did the clean install after this thread?

Until that’s done we can’t do any troubleshooting

I didn't want to lose all of my files and apps so I contacted Microsoft and they told me to do the repair upgrade which will reinstall it but I can keep all of my files. Is that not true?

Not for this issue no.

You shouldn't lose any data as it should all be on your D drive, you only wipe the main OS drive.

I'm afraid I can't be of any help until that's done. If you want support from Microsoft rather than us, you have to follow their guidance, if you want support from us, you need to follow ours. Going from one support to another isn't going to help you as they won't know what's happened between each support provider.

So I will lose everything on the left one but not the right one?
The C drive is your OS drive, that gets wiped in a clean install.

If you’ve got any data on there, that’s because you’ve stored it to the wrong drive, data should never be on the c drive

Oh, that is where all of my documents are. Is there a quick way for me to move everything that I don't want to get wiped?

Your C drive is completely full, no wonder it’s not performing well, there’s no space.

Love all your data to the d drive, don’t store anything on the c drive going forward.

An SSD needs at least 10% free to be able to perform normally

Do I move the program files(x86) file over too, I have one in each so I can't just copy it straight over.

You can't move programs, only data, or a games platform library.

You can't move program files, that's part of windows. That's not data, those are programs.

Will that mean i'll need to reinstall them once its done the reboot the
What are you trying to copy across?

As already said, you can move most game libraries, but programs are always stored on C, there's nothing you can do about that, that's just how windows works.

To be honest, this is all absolute basics of using windows, I would strongly suggest going on a basic course. You're going to really struggle otherwise.
