Customs can usually take up to 72 hours for it to be cleared, usually quicker. If your parcel is selected for an advanced screening it can take up to 10 days although it's unlikely to be selected at random :)
It is not normal for this to happen right?

I would call PCS first thing tomorrow, no point calling FedEx, they’re useless, call PCS and they can liaise with FedEx.

I think you're overexaggerating. Just ignore these tracking notes, some may be inaccurate. For example, mine shows my PC is in Dublin and after 24 mins in France, then after 2 hours in Dublin, but the status is different... Could be a scanning or whatever mistake. It doesn't matter where your PC is and how close or far it's from you. Just wait and you'll get it delivered. I'm same now - waiting to be delivered to ROI. Why such drama? It could be a Brexit thing, we should be grateful FedEx takes this challenge to make a delivery to ROI from the UK. Some delivery companies currently don't do UK to ROI deliveries as still learning how the system, requirement and paperwork works. Just be patience and let FedEx do their job undisturbed, otherwise it will slow the process even more.

See the thing is I ordered nextday pc on pcspecialist.ie for next day delivery not knowing that it would be shipping from uk.I am just not that chill when comes to late parcel I guess.

That's your right and decision not to google about a company (registration number, address, reviews, how many years in business) and not read the global supply and demand news before paying money for products/services. That's just a common sense. I think you've created yourself unreasonable expectations by not doing your own homework before the purchase ;)

And, to be honest, there is no reasonable (not overpriced and good reputation, also experienced and long time in business) shop you could by a custom PC from in Ireland. Only UK or some (but more expensive) EU options.

Can't judge it's normal or not without knowing a context, reasoning and defining of what's normal. If there's the reason for it and usual in this Brexit and demand context, then it's normal.
I don't understand this at all I guess,I ordered alot of stuffs on amazon uk ,and it arrive in less than 3days time .I am curious as to why amazon orders never has problem.

Are you seriously comparing PCS to Amazon who had a revenue of $386 billion in 2020? PCS are outsourcing couriers and adapting to the global changes, while Amazon are making a huge impact and setting the global rules in the online purchases market. Amazon has their own couriers plus outsourcing. Amazon has very strict and tight contracts with couriers, penalties are involved. There was a recent article somewhere of how Amazon jobs are unfavourable, there is no consideration about employees wellbeing, company's logistics is well thought and tracking is integrated, everything works seamlessly 24/7 as it's a huge market place.

PCS are the best at what they do, but delivery isn't included in their direct work, as they are outsourcing it. I'd imagine that FedEx are fed up by demand due to some companies not delivering internationally from the UK as previously. While before items from UK didn't require customs check, now it's involved in the process. Who knows, maybe Amazon has a preclearance process, some cooperation involved (at huge amount of customers and items involved). Brexit decision has been made on Christmas time, just about a week before it came in to effect. But for delivery companies and customs it wasn't enough time as they need now much more space to store items for a few days until items get cleared while paperwork is checked. Covid also blew up a demand. I doubt delivery companies wants to invest big money to build big storages due to Brexit as they don't know if that would be used when Covid will settle and physical shops will open. Just think logically :)
Thanks for explaining .I am just a guy waiting for good that I paid for. From What I understood, the service I paid for is next day delivery. If they can't carry that out ,they shouldn't advertise it this way.don't you agree? You can't just blame everything on brexit my dude

I can't comment on this as I don't know what "next day delivery" is ;) It could be the next day after it gets in to a local FedEx sorting hub - as in priority to be loaded into a delivery van ;) Need to read Terms and Conditions to understand what "next day delivery" means ;) As I mentioned - you've created too high expectations out of nothing without even trying to learn about what means what.

We can indeed blame nearly everything on Brexit and Covid - lots of things related to supply are related to both. Also, Ireland is in island which make it even more challenging in logistics.

Just a small example out of this specific topic, but still related in the context, Suez canal showed very clearly how one little thing can brake a supply chain.

Without knowing the specs of what you ordered, it's not really possible for us to comment.

That's the closest thing I could find:

14.4Acts of God: We shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in delivering the Goods or performing Services where such failure arises as a result of any act or omission which is outside our reasonable control such as an act of God or those of third parties.

I think would be reasonable if you contact PCS regarding this and ask for a refund of the "next day delivery" service - that's 20 Euro or so, I think (?) if you actually paid for "next day delivery".

It says "We have next day delivery for UK mainland." but doesn't say Ireland here.

As far as I'm aware, parcels can't be shipped to Ireland on a Next Day Delivery service now. The company I work for we used to be able to send it on Next Day Delivery but due to the UK now technically not being in the EU there's more delays and procedures companies have to go through. It's a wild set of tracking you have but I'm sure it will be with you in no time :)

It's not due to Ireland being in the EU. It because of the UK not being in the EU ;)
