I think PC Specialist is trying to scam me. where in the UK can I report them?

Yea, it's always wonderful when we can make mistakes on someone else's money. isn't it? Think about me if you ever get your 2800 euros stuck for almost 2 months and have no PC.

When you purchased, did you do so as a private individual or as a tax deferred company? Just trying to get some context as to why you need to fill out a declaration form? Did you pay the destination country VAT etc during the initial purchase?
Something seems very unique and strange about this particular case and I don't believe we have all the facts.
Regardless, the form seems pretty straight forward. I doubt you would need a solicitor. If you have purchased as a company or on behalf of a company you should have the export team deal with it

@Scott these are the forms i need to fill. Good luck trying to understand what's there since its full of customs slang and laws and brexit stuff.

I called UPS and asked what will happen if PCS will arrange another return. They said PCS will have to fill their documents again and I will have to fill the documents you see attached. I asked if PCS filled their documents and they said that there's one document left they need to fill. I do now know how to fill these documents and i spent hours on google trying to understand how to do that.
I also got the broken faulty PC back home. Ive never been so depressed and hopeless in my life. I'm literally powerless

And you know what's even more depressing is seeing how you guys here trying to find any imaginable excuse instead of calling on PCS to deal with this and take responsibility and sort this mess. I hope one day you guys will have your savings stuck for 2 months and will have to fill some border gore documents in order to get them back and no one will be there to help you

I'm sorry, I put the boot down on this guy. The most entitled and ungrateful person I've ever known on here.
For anyone reading this, this person never asked for any help and insulted any that tried to offer rational feedback. They have consistently slandered PCS without due cause.
This is an issue between this individual and UPS it has nothing to do with PCS.
