Hi, so basically I have been having some problems with my pc crashing and games running badly and I have been able to identify that the problem is my graphics card is faulty so I'm looking to buy a new one, I thought this may be the perfect time to upgrade it too as I would like a better one but I'm not sure what exactly my pc can handle. To help get a better understanding of the games I play are Overwatch, Elder scrolls, Marvel Rivels, Fortnite, Genshin Impact to name a few. Although I mostly play on low graphics for most games for performance I would like to ability to be able to higher graphics a little in certain games. My current gpu is struggling to perform even on low graphics. I would also like to add i am unsure on budget at the moment but not crazy expensive if possible.

Thanks for any help in advance :))

I'd be very surprised if you genuinely needed to replace your graphics card. The 6700 XT isn't the greatest card in the world, but it should handle low settings. Can I ask how you determined it is faulty?

And -- with apologies for asking what might be the most obvious of all questions -- but is your display plugged into the graphics card, as opposed to the motherboard?

Hi, i had quite a few conversations and tests with the pc specialist helpline and also had my pc checked out in a local pc shop when i was receiving pop ups from the amd software notifying me there was a fault and he told me that it was my graphics card causing the problem. Im not entirely sure if its plugged into the motherboard or graphics card i just followed set up instructions hahaha so by all means ask the obvious questions, how would i find this out?

If you upload a photo of the rear of the pc with everything plugged in?

If you could answer my query also?
