'E's havin a larff - there's used 6300's with buy now prices less than £30. Don't forget if you buy used that you may need to add a heatsink. Some on ebay include the stock intel h/s and contrary to popular opinions, it's fine - as long as you don't overclock.
That ram you linked to is only 1GB - the 2GB version is £21-odd. (DDR3 is not tins cheaper than DDR2). The only thing to watch with memory is that motherboards can sometimes be fussy about which ram will work. Ideally, either buy a brand/model that is on the motherboard's QVL or at least buy from a specialst shop that allows returns. If you'll consider second-hand a s away to a buy a "brand" at the right price, most good manufacturers will have a part of their website that lets you inout your motherboard and they'll tell you which ram is proven to work.
Hard-drive - I'd get something cheap and cheerful but a "brand" - beyond benchmarks, there's little to chose between the major brands. I've had good experiences with Seagate, WD and Samsung but I know people who've had drives from all three of them die on them.
Graphics card - no idea. What do you need that your existing card doesn't offer - bearing in mind that DX10 is going to be your limit and a lot of the "better" cards being sold now will have been overclocked and generally abused?
