Also, I just wanted to ask what brand/model the cheaper monitors are (i.e. the ones where the brand is not specified).

Or are they just some generic unbranded thing? As long as they are vaguely decent quality I don't care what they are, but it'd be nice to know.

I was thinking of going for the 22" Wide TFT Silver/Black.. any good? It says silver/black.. is the screen surround black on these, because I hate a silver surround monitor?

They're not un-branded, but in order to maintain a value line we can't specify the brand you will receive, as we do by in different brands from time to time. In the past they've been branded HannsG, Acer, HKC, etc.

I'm fairly sure it said the image was for illustrative purposes only.. although having checked back I probably read that for some other component.

Yes they are i believe, i asked PCS this same question before ordering mine.

Yes - 802.11N works with 802.11G and 802.11B.
