Don't use the PC if that cable isn't connected, that controls the Pump, without it the CPU will overheat and possibly damage the CPU and or motherboard.

Double check your USB headers on the motherboard, see if there's one leading to that cable that's fallen loose somewhere inside the case.

For them to forget it is really poor, I can't see how it would have passed testing as the CPU temp would have been obviously high.

ok, now I'm worried.
I checked it again, and that USB cable that connects to command pro is not in my build or in the welcome pack.
