Ideal monitor spec for this build

Hi, After lots of deliberation I'm kind of settled on this spec for my new home office PC. Its going to be used mainly for running some memory hungry apps like minikube, virtualbox etc and dual booting ubuntu. With some occaisional gaming, stuff like Forza, F1 and COD. Im a PC gaming newb so some advice on whether the spec is ok for those types of games and what I should be looking at in terms of monitor spec to get the most out of the hardware. Im leaning towards a ultrawide over a dual monitor setup and value for money is important. So not looking for anything bleeding edge.

In lieu of some of the more regular posters here, things to consider -

Pick some faster RAM - the newer AMD chips like faster RAM

Drop the SATA SSD and look at the m.2 SSD's like the ADATA sx6000.

AMD GPUs seem to be having ongoing driver issues - might be worth considering an Nvidia GPU

Also this is a good guide to monitors Monitor guide

Hope this helps a bit.

Hi Dan79, Thanks for the reply. The link for the monitors was useful very useful. As were the other recommendations.

What is your maximum budget? I see the spec you posted is £1286, unless I missed something? Is that your max budget or can it be stretched? What is your monitor budget?
I dont really have a maximum budget, but I like to get value for money and dont want to overspec just cos I can. Im not going to be doing any competitive gaming, I just want a monitor that matches the low/mid spec that Im after in terms of gaming, will work OK for normal use and looks nice in terms of aesthetics.
