Iracing newbie..new pc spec.

hi, complete novice here and looking to buy a pc to use iracing. I’m currently using a console for sim racing and it’s ok but I’ve always wanted to try iracing.
My max budget is around £1200. Are there any pre built ones you would recommend. This is really a part time hobby, and will only be used with an HD TV, never multiple monitors.

Any help appreciated as iracing website gives min specs, but I really am struggling to convert these into something ill be buying as there are just so many codes and numbers.

The minimum budget for a decent 1080p custom gaming system is roughly £1500.

As @Ekans2011 says, £1200 is quite tight for a gaming PC. You can get something in the region of £1200, but do be aware that it will be limited in performance and I would not expect it to perform as well as a games console. But if you're on an HD TV (which presumably is 60Hz and probably horrendous in terms of latency), you're not expecting the world for performance anyway...
