Is this a balanced pc?

Hi there, I have been wanting to get a pc for quite some time now and I am now ready to get one. I just wanted to check that all the parts are good and balanced. I have a budget of £1,200 so this feels like the pc for me but just wanted to double check. My monitor is MSI 1440p, 180hz, amd freesync. I am looking to play games like the last of us, msfs (hopefully) and forza horizon. Thanks in advance.

We love you Ukraine
I’m afraid prices are exorbitant at the moment, current gen GPUs have stopped being produced so they can clear stocks before next gen are released in January and as a result prices are soaring.

Couple that with 7000 series having been in high demand due to poor performance of 9000 series cpus and most stocks have sold out while suitable 9000 series are very expensive.

So currently you’re looking at around £1700 for an entry level 1080p system. Absolutely not a chance of doing 1440p anywhere near your budget, you’d be looking over 2k

Id hold on until january when hopefullly things will have settled a bit

I am not too bothered about playing 1440p at a good fps rate, as long as 1080p runs well. Would you still recommend this build or alter it slightly?

if you re-read my statement, you'll see you haven't got the budget for a 1080p build.

The build you posted is a 4 year old system that would struggle even at 1080p as well as needing replacing after only a few years.

You may think it costs around £1200, but as its lifespan is half what a suitable system would be it’s actually more like £2400
